Each session is a healing ritual designed to support your full being.
Through rest practices, aromatherapy, meditation, journaling, and connection—we return to the sacred, together. Each month, a new theme is supported by:

This circle was created for BIPOC folks to rest and resist grind culture together. We now also welcome allies ready to enter the space with humility, reverence, and open hearts.

The intention remains: to center those most in need of deep rest and spiritual replenishment.

Our ancestors whisper through time, leaving threads of wisdom woven into our very being. Roots & Rituals is a monthly gathering that invites us to explore the spiritual traditions, practices, and rituals of our lineage—uncovering the ways they still live within us today.

Each month, we will dive into a different ancestral path, exploring the magic, mysticism, and meaning behind cultural practices from around the world. Whether your roots call you to African mysticism, Celtic traditions, Indigenous earth-based practices, or beyond, this is a space to learn, honor, and embody the rituals that shaped our ancestors.
