Southern Maryland Real Estate Investor's Group (SOMDREIG) is a networking group for all folks interested in real estate investment in Southern Maryland! Especially Charles, St. Mary's, Calvert and PG Counties! Come and meet fellow Real Estate Investors, Wholesalers, Realtors, Bankers, Attorneys, Appraisers, etc in Southern Maryland! Whether you are a seasoned investor or just getting started, there is something here for everyone.
At a typical meeting, we have a local speaker to help educate us on their specific area of expertise. We discuss properties on the market, contracts, mortgages/financing and anything else that concerns real estate.
All are welcome, there is no cost!!! Food is provided and small donations (~$5) to offset the cost of the food and drinks are optional, but welcome. You may make a donation in the small basket that is provided on the food table. Thank you & hope to see you soon!!!
