You don't even have to have a real estate license. I have been in the real estate business for 24 years and counting and multifamily has become my core focus. I am still actively involved in day to day real estate sales. I have personal experience of purchasing a multifamily property out of state from start to finish and many tips on how to make this a smooth process.
