What we’re about
The mission of the SOLIDWORKS User Group Network is to empower real people who use SOLIDWORKS products to collaborate with, learn from, and teach others.
Connect with us anytime, anywhere, on any device for in-depth technical conversations and face-to-face networking. We'll see you there!
SOLIDWORKS Milwaukee Area Resource Team (SMART) is Milwaukee's local branch of the SOLIDWORKS User Group Network (SWUGN), meeting quarterly to provide local SOLIDWORKS users with tips, tricks, and best practices to make their use of the SOLIDWORKS platform as efficient as possible.
Come to our meetings and network with fellow SOLIDWORKS users.
If you're interested in presenting at a future SMART meeting, we'd love to hear from you. Fill out this form to let us know that you're interested.
Meetings hosted on-site at a company are very popular with our members. If you think your company could host a meeting on-site, fill out this form with some basic venue details.

See all- (NOT An Actual Meeting) - SMART's Meetup Page will go dormant on May 1stNeeds location
I can't emphasize this enough... this is not an actual meeting. There truly is no need to RSVP for this.
This is a reminder that the SMART group page is moving to community.swugn.org. All future meetings, and the digital RSVPs for those meetings, will be posted on that site from here on out (including our upcoming Q2 meeting coming in early June).
On May 1st, the Meetup group page will be taken down.
If you want to use the SWUGN Community page for all future RSVPs and e-mails, please join our group on at community.swugn.org.
There are two alternative methods of staying in touch with SMART for communication on future meetings and group activities:
- There is an e-mail list that is managed by SMART and is separate from Meetup (or the SWUGN Community). Updates are sent out approximately once a month, including announcements for upcoming meetings. If you don't wish to RSVP through the SWUGN Community, you can RSVP in reply to the e-mails.
- If you'd like to join that e-mail list, fill out a brief form here: Contact Information
- SMART also maintains a private group on LinkedIn, where new meeting announcements are posted: SMART on LinkedIn.
