A week of walking along the first sections of the South West coast path and the area nearby.
This is a great time to be in Devon, when bluebells are carpeting the ancient oak woodland and the days are often sunny and warm. We'll take in some great beaches, too. Enjoy the exhilaration of being by the sea during this programme of guided group hikes.

A week of guided coastal walking in the land of glorious sunrises, ancient castles, big, bright skies and miles of pristine beach. This is an invigorating walking holiday along well-made paths which follow St. Oswald's Way and the Northumberland Coast, often dropping down to walk the expanses of solid white sand.
Our route covers the famous stretches from Belford down to Warkworth, passing Dunstanburgh and Bamber Castles and the idyllic Craster harbor. In addition we will have a day when our walking will take us to the historic Holy Island and Lindisfarne Priory.
What's Included: 4 nights single occupancy (4 x bed, breakfast and packed lunch) at the harbour-side Olde Ship Inn, and the services of our walk leader who will host this holiday and lead all walks. Also included is the cost of any taxi / minibus/ bus transfers to the start or end of our day's walk and to Holy Island.

- Lake District hiking holiday with Scafell Pike optionGlaramara Hotel, Keswick
### NORTH LAKE DISTRICT WALKING HOLIDAY WITH SCAFELL PIKE OPTION DAY*
Join us in the beautiful and dramatic Borrowdale Valley for some of the UKs best hiking. Our walking is mostly at Moderate level, when on each full walking day we will cover around 8-12 miles on routes that include some steady ascent, so this is a walking break for those who have done some hiking before and who are game for some uphill walking to reach amazing summits and views. All walking is on good paths and is not technical or scrambly.
*Towards the end of the week we will walk in two smaller groups, each with a qualified ML Mountain Leader. This is to provide the option to reach the summit of Scafell Pike (the highest peak in England) or to enjoy a lower level walk to visit the idyllic mountain tarns - Sty Head Tarn and Sprinkling Tarn.
