Walk Around National Mall DC- Followed by Food/Drinks at Hamilton Bar and Grill

Please note, I am moving this event to Sunday April 27, instead of April 26 due to weather. Saturday looks like rain but Sunday looks perfect for walk.

Taking our amazing group to the National Mall in DC for a walk around the mall area. We will meet at the Botanical Gardens and walk to the Lincoln Memorial and back which is about 1.5 hours in total. Due to the size of the group we are not allowing dogs. Walk at your own pace. Once we get to the Lincoln Memorial I would like to get everyone who is interested in a group photo there before we had back to Botanical Gardens

After our walk, we will meet at Botanical Gardens and then go to Hamiltons Bar and Grill located at 233 2nd St NW, Washington, DC 20001. It is about a ten minute walk from the Botanical Gardens where we will end our walk. If you cant make the walk, you can meet us at Hamiltons around 3pm. Please note this is the Hamiltons that is located near the capital, not the White House.

The closest Metro station to the United States Botanic Garden in Washington, D.C. is Federal Center SW. This station is accessible via the Blue, Orange, or Silver lines. It's located about three blocks from the Maryland Avenue entrance of the garden.

The U.S. Botanic Garden in Washington, D.C. doesn't have its own parking lot, but there are multiple nearby parking options, including metered street parking and garages
