What we’re about
This group was started to create a great community in the Bucks and Berks areas. Attending our events is a great way to make new sociable friends and to maybe even meet that someone special along the way if you're currently single. However the events are open to everyone and you don't need to be single to join.
You will also see events listed on our Meet Up put on by Kevin from Walk & Explore and Toyin from Get a Social Life who puts up some interesting events also not within the area such as holidays abroad, weekend breaks and some very classy events in London.
Hope to see you all soon to start social networking locally.
Best wishes Julie Davies

Join us on a day trip to the Isle of Wight this summer as we travel via luxury coach, our journey includes all coach travel and return ferry crossings, ensuring a hassle-free, memorable experience.
Needles
A perfect blend of adventure and relaxation. We will start our journey with a visit to the iconic Needles Attraction Centre, where breath taking views and adventurous activities await. The Needles:- Since Victorian times visitors have been attracted to Alum Bay to marvel at its geological wonders. At the time access to the beach was via a path through the Chine. Now visitors like to take the Chairlift for an exhilarating ride offering spectacular views of the coloured cliffs, The Needles Rocks and Lighthouse which takes you down onto the beach.
For a close-up view of the Needles Rocks and Lighthouse and panoramic views of the coloured Alum Bay cliffs, take one of the pleasure boats from the jetty for a dramatic trip around the landmarks. Choose between a 20-minute slow cruise to take in the stunning scenery at a leisurely pace, or opt for a 15-minute fast trip on the high-speed rib boat. Whichever one you choose, you’re guaranteed a breathtaking Isle of Wight experience. (Weather permitting).
Both the chairlift, boat trip and other activities will incur additional cost

- Day trip to Walton-on-Naze Beach Sunday July 20thPremier Inn (The Papermill), High Wycombe
We thought we could meet at Premier Inn (The Papermill) Loudwater on London Road, HP10 9YL at 9.45am with the idea of starting off at 10am. It is about a 2 hour drive. Lawrence in the group says he will drive and that he can take 3 others and Morgan & I can take one other with us & our daughter who is 15. I believe we may already have our extra passenger but please text me on 07948 417416 so I can send you Lawrence's number if you would like to come with us in his car. If there are any other people who would like to go and would not mind driving and taking others, please let me know.
This event is ok to bring children too. We will also bring Darcy our Bichon as she loves to run around the beach. We understand this beach is dog friendly. We could bring a picnic or eat at the cafe restaurant/bar.
