A meet up group to help connect people looking for travel buddies. I will organise sessions for people to meet to assess their travel compatibility and who knows maybe even some of this can develop into great friendships.
At the suggestion of some members from one of the meetings, I have set up a telegram group to enable members to connect more easily, share travel plans and find companions and maybe even plan activities that you can opt to attend. I don’t actively manage this group in anyway. Participation in this TG group is purely at your own discretion and optional.

For the TG chat group and other engagement you may have from fellow members of the meet up group, I hope this helps people to find companions, but I must also be clear that this meet up group does not endorse any of these travelers and anyone considering to take up an offer to co- travel or any other engagement, please do exercise due care in your decision to do so as this platform has no means to validate the parties extending such invitations. I think many are bona fide travelers but the site also has many individuals who engage and join groups to prey on individuals. Please report them if you do encounter such and we will look to block them.
Hence one of the purpose of the group is for like minded travelers to connect , get to know each other , assess compatibility and credentials before one engage: in travel plans or actual travel with the other party.
