What we’re about

Let’s get together and talk about great books on psychology, the science of well-being, neuroscience, and consciousness. From my experience, when I've read these books, I tend to forget about them a few months later, unless I actually get the chance to sit down with others and talk about the book. So, I'm hoping that you can read these books too, and come join in on the conversation where we can solidify what we've learned, from the book, about ourselves, and also about each other.

We’ll be meeting once a month to talk about different books on psychology, mindfulness, neuroscience, wellbeing, health and healing, and all that good stuff. Let's get into how we felt reading the book, what resonated with us, what parts we had the most difficulty with, and how this book relates to the others we've read.

The idea of this book club is from my YouTube channel, where I'm making videos about what I've learned from these books and how they've changed me. I run a Discord where we discuss these books online as well. I'm not filming any of these meetings, but I am inspired by them, so don't worry about being on camera. I just want a community where we can talk about important ideas and books.
