What we’re about
ShopTalk is a free industry organised meetup group for eCommerce professionals in Auckland.
With so much movement in the industry and so many great minds living in and around Auckland, it seemed silly that there wasn't a regular eCommerce focused meet-up group.
ShopTalk was formed to fill this void. First launched in Sydney & Melbourne in 2012 and then expanded into New Zealand & Brisbane. Once a quarter, we'll bring together eCommerce experts and enthusiasts to share insights, tips and a drink.
When and Where?
In 2025, ShopTalk Auckland will take place once during the year, with the date to be announced soon.
General format:
5.30pm - Bar tab opened and food served
6.30pm - Industry expert panel discuss hot topic
7.00pm - Open audience Q&A
7.30pm - Drink and food continued to be served
Retailers only
Please note this event is open to retailers and associated sponsors only. The event is about sharing knowledge and networking with your peers so please no pitching.

The first ShopTalk Auckland in 2025 will be on May 7, and the topic is "How can local retailers compete with global eCommerce invaders?".
