What we’re about

Hi my name is Angela. I’m a fitness instructor in the OC area. I’m interested in providing free fitness sessions several times a month in an effort to support women and fitness in the local community. Classes are available for women off all ages & levels. The focus is geared towards low impact exercises using simply your body weight, with a mixture of basic pilates and yoga poses. I also like to focus quite a bit on stretching and mobility exercises. All who participate are encouraged to go at your own pace, its always best to listen to your body. No equipment needed, just bring a yoga mat. Please feel free to contact me in advance of any session for special needs requests or to discuss any concerns. I'll do my best to facilitate. See you at the Park!
