Happy May! Global Gastronomers our palettes are headed to Guam to celebrate Asian American And Pacific Islander Heritage Month.
Located in the Western Pacific, Guam is an unincorporatd U.S. Terrritoy known for its tropical climate and beautiful white sand beaches, rich in cultural history Guam is more than an island, it is a destination.

Prubechu started in 2014 by Chef Shawn Naputi and business partner Shawn Camacho. A couple island boys born and raised on Guam had a vision and passion for sharing their Chamorro culture through food and hospitality. Prubechu serves classic flavors and dishes from Guam and the Mariana Islands. Chef Shawn interprets the classics by drawing inspiration from what is available seasonally and locally while maintaining the soul and integrity of each dish. From sweet and sour pork belly, roasted Japanese yams to whole fried garlic & turmeric branzino, meatlovers, vegetarians, Vegans-There is something for everyone. Administrative Trivia
Dinner dishes average $35. Beer and wine available. Beverages, ala carte items will increase this expected cost. Each diner is responsible for their own order, we consolidate and divvy up the final bill accordingly. Please be prepared to pay by AppleCash, Venmo, or Cash.
Dress is casual.

Taxes and Fees
Dining in San Francisco has a sales tax (8.625%) and possibly an employee health mandate (5%), a tip (20%) may be automatically added because of the size of our party, even on individual bills. I usually add 30% to each raw bill adding individual dishes, which should include all of these, and round final payment to the closest dollar.
