Welcome to the SF BAY REAL ESTATE CLUB!
This group is designed for discerning real estate investors and professionals who are committed to not only expanding their networks but also forging meaningful, lasting relationships while identifying and developing opportunities. Organizer: Brenda Chen, based in San Francisco, is the Managing Director at Conventus Lending, a nationwide lender to real estate investors with over $7.4 billion in funded real estate projects. Passionate about financial empowerment, she founded the SF Bay Real Estate Club in 2018, which now has over 1,600 members. In 2020, she launched Venus Ventures, investing in technology and real estate development in Northern and Southern California.
