Prices are higher that some of our usual venues, I expect the bill to be around $35-45 per person.

We've had some no-shows and last-minute cancellations on previous events, I hope a deposit will help avoid that issue. The $35 deposit will be deducted from your share of the bill, and the deposit is fully refundable for cancellations received 48 hours before the event.
