What we’re about
As with most people who play Settlers of Catan, I've become addicted. We have the base game, along with Seafarers, Traders & Barbarians, Cities & Knights, and Explorers & Pirates… along with the 5-6 Player Expansion packs for each. My problem is I only have one friend who lives near Denver who likes to play. I'd like to try and set up a Settlers of Catan weekly or bi-weekly game where we can play through the scenarios of each expansion and perhaps keep a record of wins and losses (just for fun, there will be no money or gambling happening here) and have a "championship" game at the end of each expansion's scenarios. The games will likely take place at my house at first. Beer and/or wine will be welcome if that's your thing and, please be aware, some members of this group will be observing the newly passed laws of Colorado that went into effect on January 1st, 2014, during gameplay. If you're uncomfortable with the consumption of alcohol or the recreational use of other legal substances in Colorado, this group is probably not for you. Not sure yet when games will take place. Depending on the interest shown, I'll try to pick a night that works best for everyone. The first game will likely be on a Saturday.
