What does self-actualize really mean? We spend very little time thinking about a term like this because it just seems to be too much to contemplate. A self-actualized person knows exactly who he/she is and why he/she is here on earth at this time. This person moves through life understanding that he is a Soul inhabiting a physical body. She knows that she is connected to the Father Source Energy and Mother Earth energy and lives with confidence and self-awareness of her thoughts, words, and deeds and how they effect herself and those around her. He understands that he is not responsible for how others react to him, but is very responsible for how he reacts to others. When there is discord, this person has the insight to pause and understand whether what is happening is his/her fault and therefore needs to rectify the situation, or whether the other person is venting anger or frustration from a completely different situation. A self-actualized person is able to discern in the moment between what is "my stuff vs your stuff" and have the ability to maintain a neutral position. This person has the ability to understand that "everything is not about me". The ego makes this a difficult concept to take in and utilize. It takes practice to reign in the ego and live fully in your true energy, but the rewards of living a happier life are worth it.
There is so much strife in the world and so much of it is a power struggle. We all need to learn how to shift into "neutral" and take on a clearer perspective. When do I stand in my power and when do I stay neutral? How do I survive what is happening in the energy of the planet at this time? How can I help raise the vibration within myself and the planet? Why am I here? I feel that there's "more" for me but I don't know what it is. If these are feelings you have been having, I have a variety of tools to assist you in figuring all of this out.
The group meeting scheduled the third Wednesday of each month at 3pm will continue for new members to get acquainted with me and what I am teaching/coaching.
For personal assistance I have spent 35 yrs learning and refining tools from listening to your guides, reading your energy torus, removing negative attachments, soul retrieval, breathwork, to reading your akashic record and more. I will start booking sessions again for the other three Wednesdays at 10am, 1pm and 3pm and the third Wednesday at 10am and 1pm. Direct Message me to request the day and time you are interested in. I request a slightly higher donation now of $40 for these sessions as the membership fee on Meetup for groups has risen considerably. I accept cash, credit, Venmo or Paypal for these sessions.
