About us
We are a group of photographers, photo enthusiasts, and creatives with interests that run from the most current in digital cameras to a passion for all things analogue. If you’re new to photography or a seasoned pro, this group is a great way to get out and socialise with people who have similar interests.
Our goal is to host 1-2 events a month, from Photowalks in varying neighbourhoods around Seattle, and surrounding areas, to social hours, we lovingly refer to as Brews and Views.
Photowalks are a blend of hanging out with your fellow photo geeks, exploring neighbourhoods or parks in the city, taking photos and having fun.
Brews & Views / Happy Hours are social gatherings, we find a pub or restaurant, ideally with decent food and a good selection of libations. We sometimes bring prints or digital tools to share our work. Often there are many cameras around to chat about. The conversation runs the gamut from photography (or course) to travel to movies to anything!
Other events we will host: Lighting Demos, Educational Lectures, and Excursions.
Our group is about supporting each other and being a space for people to learn and grow creatively.
All cameras are welcome, multiple cameras are even encouraged sometimes.

PNW Instant Film | International District
Hing Hay Park, 423 Maynard Avenue South, Seattle, WA, USOVERVIEW
Edwin Land’s Birthday is on May 7th. Co-Founder of Polaroid and the inventor of the “Land Camera”, I thought it would be fun to do a photowalk in celebration of his birthday.
A few years ago, I did this with some fellow instant film enthusiasts, so it seemed like it was time to do this again.
We will meet up at Hing Hay Park in the International District and wander around the area for some photos! If the group wants, we could wander towards the waterfront if it seems like the sunset will be awesome.

- Bring your fave instant film camera, Polaroid or Fujifilm are welcome.
