CCS Epping - Play on the Purple Porch

The Creative Community Space in Epping is holding their biannual Art Fair on May 10, rain date is May 11.
We will be on the porch, but can expand onto the grass in front, and will have access to electricity.
Considering the space, I am going to limit the players to a maximum of 8. Of course everyone is welcome to attend and we could even split into two or three smaller groups and take turns. We need to fill 3 hours (with breaks) so that may be a really good idea.
This sounds like fun and I am intrigued by the venue in general!
