Cancellation & Waitlist Policy
If you need to cancel your reservation, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in removal from the group.

Please only join the waitlist if you fully intend to attend the event if a spot becomes available. It is your responsibility to monitor the waitlist. If a spot opens and you are moved into the event, you will be expected to attend or cancel with at least 48 hours notice.
