Kate is a Co-Founder of Team KatAnu and CEO at ARCLight Agile, specializing in guiding organizations on their #JourneytoAgility. With a focus on empowerment and collaboration, she accelerates decision-making and customer-centricity.

Kate collaborates with leaders across departments to instill agile leadership principles, fostering innovation and flexibility. A dynamic Certified Scrum Trainer (CST), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Certified Team Coach (CTC), Kate brings over 30 years of experience spanning Education, Operations, IT, and Consulting. Renowned for her communication ability and motivational speaking, Kate thrives on delivering ‘aha’ moments to clients.

Holding a bachelor’s degree in information management from Queen’s University, Belfast, she now resides in the United States.
