Mindset Mastery: Switching from Fixed Habits to Embracing Agile with Amir Peled

You may have already worked hard to develop an Agile Mindset, yet still find people around you falling back into old habits and reverting to a traditional approach when challenges arise. How frustrating!

While teaching teams about the Growth Mindset, you might have used techniques such as adding “…yet” to phrases (e.g., “I can’t do this”) or reminding them that “success begins with believing you can.” You might even share visuals or hang posters at the office.

However, understanding the importance of a growth mindset is not the same as being able to sustain it. The reality is, that it is easy to slip into fixed-mindset habits that sabotage your progress and prevent you from developing skills or attributes you value.
