Denise Reaves’ chair yoga classes offer a unique blend of accessibility and transformation, welcoming students of all ages and abilities. With over 40 years of personal practice and 15 years of teaching experience, Denise has thoughtfully adapted traditional yoga poses—designed to strengthen and lengthen the body—into chair modifications that are accessible to most. Her sessions focus on core stability, breathwork, and mindful movement, making them ideal for seniors, those with limited mobility, or anyone seeking a gentle yet effective practice. She creates a warm, inclusive environment where students are encouraged to meet each practice from where they are on any given day. Through her expert guidance, students not only improve their physical health but also experience a sense of calm, balance, and well-being in both body and mind.
