The Scottish Hillwalkers and Activities Group recognises that hill walking, scrambling and mountaineering are activities with a danger of personal injury or death. Participants in these activities should be aware of and accept these risks and be responsible for their own actions and involvement.
PACE
You must be surefooted and have the fitness and stamina to complete the walk without difficulty. We will walk as a group at a **moderate pace**.
CLOTHING & EQUIPMENT
You must ensure that you come adequately prepared for this walk, with waterproofs, warm clothes, gloves, hat and food and water.

LIFTS/MEETUP TIME
We will be at the car park at 1.45pm to start walking at 2pm. If you need a lift please use the comments box below to ask for one. If receiving a lift plse share contact details.
Please arrive ready to walk and we will only wait for 5 minutes before leaving.

Please remember the organiser is not the leader of the walk - we lead ourselves and make decisions and walk AS A GROUP. If you don't like the sound of that, perhaps this walk is not for you :-)
