Hi everybody! I’m so excited to support the circle by hosting this session. I’ve been into this since 2011, and love to lean into the philosophical, and spiritual aspects of these medicines.

For this upcoming meeting, I wanted to open the meeting space with a conversation starter. We’ll use this as our launch point and from there, the conversation will evolve and expand.

Psychedelics and Mental Health

• If you’ve used psychedelics, have you noticed any shifts in your overall mental health since your first use?

• If you’re newer to psychedelics, do you anticipate any shifts?

• Do you currently have any ongoing practices that involve psychedelics to maintain positive mental health?

This topic has been selected to parallel the theme of the upcoming District 216 Marquee Event - Sat. May 17th

We come together creating a safe space to talk about altered states of consciousness that are induced by psychedelics and/or spiritual practice. Join our growing consciousness community to receive support, guidance, share stories and resources. Catch up on recent psychedelic research for treating depression, addiction, PTSD, anxiety, and more. Learn about popular techniques such as micro dosing. We share safety strategies, psychedelic space navigation tools, and integration techniques that will bring growth and healing into your life.

This is an open meeting for anyone that is curious or has experience with psychedelic and plant medicines. Must be over 18 to attend.
