This meetup group is for Residential Real Estate Investing and Development for San Diego and Vicinity (San Diego County-no remote areas). We will focus on opportunities in our own backyard, not out of the area/out of state. Our focus could be from lots, SFR, ADU's, 2-4 units to large apartment buildings.

This meetup can be beneficial for just about anyone in real estate from beginners that want to gain more knowledge and training, to the advanced investor that is looking for opportunities to invest. Max, the organizer is a real estate broker, investor, developer and author of "The Rules of the Game of Real Estate Investing." He previously was also a mortgage broker that understands real estate financing. He had training from Robert Kiyosaki, Robert Allen (many others) and was a member of Jerome Maldonado (builder, developer) Inner Group that trained on how to make money building houses and apartment buildings, able to underwrite SFR, 2-4 units, and apartment buildings. He has a business mindset similar to Grant Cardone, that anything is possible with the help of others.
Everyone is welcome to join, we believe that together we can achieve more. Anyone can have something to contribute from finders to lenders.
Max has extensive real estate knowledge from real estate sales, financing, investing (fix & flip) and is familiar with construction and development. If there aren't too many opportunities, (that you need to go out of state) why not create them. Max also structures real estate development project deals (put deals together).

Property Owners/Buyers
If you are looking to sell your property to investors or want to interview a real estate broker or salespersons, you can attend, ask all the questions that you desire to the organizer or other agents. If you are looking to purchase any residential real estate as an investor or personal residence, come and tell us what you're looking for. If you're a property owner and looking for a property manager, we can find you one.
Finders
If you are a property finder or want to become one, come over tell us what you found, or meet investors/developers that you can locate properties.
Real Estate Wholesalers
Come and bring the property that you want to sell to other investors. Bring a flyer or an online link to property details.
Real Estate Agents
Bring your listings that are suited for real estate investors and developers. Bring flyers or an online link to property details.
Real Estate Mortgage Brokers/Loan Officers
If you have a great product that is great for real estate investors, come over, bring a flyer (or online link) to share the details with investors.
Real Estate Investors
If you have a property to wholesale to investors, come over and do a sales pitch (or just bring a flyer) or tells us what you're looking for. Network with other investors, share information, become more educated, joint venture with other investors.....
Contractors
If you work with real estate investors, come over and drop off your business cards and meet other investors for potential business.
Developers
If you have a project to sell to investors or other developers, come over and tell us about the project, (bring a flyer or online link to property details).
Private Lenders
If you have money to lend, come over and pass out a flyer with your lending guidelines/matrix.
Syndicators/Able To Raise Capital
If you have the ability to raise capital for projects, we definitely want you to join this group and want to hear from you.
One of the reason for this meetup is for the organizer and others to bring projects to real estate investors to invest in. Being a real estate investor and developer and also affiliated with other developers, from time to time, the organizer may have some development projects to invest. The projects will be nearby and you can visit the site. There will be many opportunities that you can be an investor, lender or joint venture with others.

Syndication
In order to invest in a project, we must build a relationship (not able to invest in any projects the first meeting. Reg D Rule 506B exemption). You must be an accredited investor or sophisticated investor (be a knowledgeable investor) or bring your financial advisor, become familiar with any project, ask questions and be comfortable investing in the project.
