This is a (active as of 2023) group of electronic music producers who reside in San Diego County who are interested in in-person collaboration, providing and receiving track feedback, listening sessions, and just having fun making music. Technology is great and has enabled us to make music in the way that we do, but if you are tired of just making music alone in your room and would like to network with other like-minded individuals, this is the group for you.
Make no mistake, this is not intended to be a boring, "why am I here?" type of meetup. The idea is to get and provide value and as the group leader, I will do my best to facilitate this. Some of the things we will do:
- Coffee shop, laptop, and headphones - we listen to each others music and make music together - swapping techniques and talking shop
- Presentations/talks - we meet at a brewery or other venue and have a speaker who presents on a specific topic
- Music Events - We attend music shows to have fun, enjoy the music, and support other local artists
- Host our own parties and listening nights
