Bike the beach from Matanzas Inlet to the St. John's Pier

Please join this e-bike beach ride from Matanzas Inlet to the Pier. Let's Park at the Matanzas Inlet parking lot on the west side of the bridge on the river. It will be low tide just after noon. Fat tires suggested or some walking through soft sand may be needed.
We will start on the fort side and loop onto the ocean and ride 8 miles to the pier @ 350 A1A Beach Blvd, St. Augustine, FL 32080- - if you can't do the whole distance, meet us at the pier for lunch at 1:30-ish then we'll go back south to Matanzas Inlet, our longest ride yet. We can late lunch at Salt Life then head south back to our cars.
