What we’re about
I'm DudeistJon, a sailor in RFSC (Rocky Fork Sailing Club). Looking for other local sailors or people that want to go sailing so I decided to start this group. If you own a sailboat within an hour of Cincinnati or want to hang out with people who do, this is the club for you!
All area sailing clubs are also welcome to post any social events or races they would like.
If you have any questions or comments, feel free to call/text me at 513-99-HAPPY

This is the date I am planning the mast-up of SV Serenitas. Anyone who helps has an open invitation to go sailing with me. Last year I had the women in the pic above help me, we got it done in about 4 hours and all the men in the club were very impressed.
A Mast-Up is when everyone comes together to help each other get their sailboats assembled and into the lake. There is all kinds of work needed from literally raising the mast to just holding a rope and making sure a boat doesn't float away while the captain tries to get her motor started.
Lunch is provided (typically hotdogs and things like that)
I belong to Rocky Fork Sailing Club in Hillsboro Ohio.

Hillsboro is about 75 minutes east of Cincinnati. We constantly have social activities. Then 2-3 times a month we have races on Saturday afternoons and people are always looking for crew (if you don't know how to sail, they will teach you). Every month we have social events that range from steak and shrimp grill outs to chili competitions.
If you have ever wanted to learn to sail, this is a great opportunity to hang out with a bunch of people that will talk about sailing, teach you sailing and take you sailing. If you decide you like us, you can join our club (its cheap!) and come to the really fun events.
