What we’re about
If you're an adult, over the age of 18, and have autism, Asperger's, Tourette's, AD/HD, or a specific learning disorder, or you know someone who does, then the Adult AD/HD and Neurodiversity Self-Help Support Group is the right group for you! Always free of charge, and now available online, our group is peer led using insights from the former facilitator, Rob Eldridge, MSW, ACSW, ACCSW.
And so, if you're looking for a free, adults only, self-help, strength-based support group, providing a relaxed, casual, and friendly learning environment that empowers its members and their significant others to learn and apply important coping skills to their daily lives, we encourage you to give us a try. However, due to the pandemic, our physical location may or may not always be available to us. Therefore, please check your emails before leaving to attend each meeting.

Topics:
The way meetings used to happen is Rob would say for people to come to the meeting with a topic they wanted to discuss. Please do that for this meeting.
Below is a link to some definitions, from Rob the former facilitator of this group, that will come in handy as we discuss all topics.
