The IRSC Promise is a tuition-paid program for graduates of public and public charter high schools, as well as eligible homeschool graduates, in St. Lucie, Indian River, Martin, and Okeechobee counties. Made possible by generous community donors, the Promise helps first-generation, low-income, male, and Hispanic students pursue higher education and stay local after graduation, strengthening our workforce and economy.
