What we’re about
Meetup for Creatives, both serious and casual. There’s no expectation on your skill level to join. The point is to have fun and meet people.
We will be meeting up to create art based on a specific theme which is different every meetup. For instance, “pirates” or gargoyles”. Nurudeen and I will choose something. You can share your creations when you’re done with other artists.
It is optional to draw the selected theme, you can work on your own projects or theme too. However, it’s suggested that you follow the theme as it makes it more fun as a group. There’s no rules on what mediums you can use, so you can bring a tablet, computer, sketchbook, small canvas, clay, etc. It’s suggested that you bring your phone/tablet/computer so you can look up references based on the theme. But we will not be offering art supplies.
