What we’re about

We are a diverse group of volunteers spanning a number of skill sets who come together periodically and work on social impact projects. We build mobile apps, websites, video documentaries, viral marketing campaigns, data visualization aides and creative projects that address the causes valued by our members.

"Wicked problems" are massive, seemingly-intractable issues that governments and companies either can't or won't solve. So we are taking a stab at it. Our projects take the form of non-profit, for-profit and open source initiatives.

Our Problem Taxonomy tracks 50+ of these - examples include burnout, gender inequality, food scarcity, digital divide, metabolic health decline, human trafficking, homelessness and ocean pollution.

We do quarterly "Fixathons" or design sprints in which participants can participate in any/all of a series of multi-day jam sessions to validate and deploy meaningful projects. We don't ask permission. We believe all problems are solvable. We execute.
