**Please arrive 10 minutes before** in order to prepare for the sound vibration session and what I share during the set up. No shoes are worn for the sound session and personal belongings are placed away from where you are sitting - though inside the room.

**Suggestion: Refrain from eating** **up to 4 hours prior to the gong vibration session and arrive well-hydrated in order to receive optimal healing benefit. Of course this is your personal choice - though important to understand.** This is essential for maximum healing. The gong affects an individual at multiple levels - emotional, physical and with regard to one's overall conscious awareness. The cost is **$50** \- I want to invite those with any kind of health issue to join as there is an opportunity for deep level healing \- whether emotional\, psychological\, physical or of a transcendent nature\. This is a highly focused healing session with one hour of psychotherapeutic work to support emotional healing\.

See the listing on Meetup. Those with an aptitude for playing the gong will have an opportunity to play the gong with some instruction. Not all people will be playing.

This workshop is a full day of learning to play the gong for self-gong healing at home - with prior help obtaining your own gong for dedicated self-gong healing that you bring with you to the workshop. Please direct message about a gong or if you cannot obtain one for the session. A smaller sized gong of 20 inches in diameter is adequate as a minimum provided it is a quality made gong. A larger gong is recommended.
With your own gong at home you can continually apply gong sound energy to support ongoing healing - as regular exposure enhances general health. You learn how to play with confidence. You bring your own gong and learn to work with it. This course is for beginners or those who want hands-on instruction to learn to work with he gong for optimal healing. **SATURDAY FEBRUARY 1st 4-Hour** **GONG SOUND FREQUENCY VIBRATION IMMERSIVE** - **COST change to $50.** In order to protect privacy, there is private registration - and this is recommended. Not everyone wants to have their personal information publicized. **Registration can be private if you email me directly. If anyone shows up at the event they won't be permitted entry. Prior approval is needed.**
There is a pre-screening process by phone conversation. Anyone I don't know that is permitted will have to show valid ID. A discount may be requested - though not guaranteed. Arrive no later than 10 minutes beforehand - I will be accessible by email in order to communicate at any time wellstherapeutic@pm.me.

**This Gong Vibratio immersive is for anyone who is ready for deep level healing emotionally and physically.** Start time is 8:45 AM to 12:45 PM and we will start promptly so please arrive 10 minutes before. If you have any type of chronic health issue, physical pain/injury, disease relating to toxicity in the body, emotional issues, anxiety, depression - virtually any type of health-related challenge is positively affected by the gong sound frequency vibration which has a deeply cleansing effect.

**The vibrational output offered in this healing intensive workshop is significant. A light breakfast is important. The gong instantly reduces inflammation.** Minimal food consumption allows for greater healing potential. Bring a carton of juice for yourself as food is not recommended during this process, though that is a personal choice. Coconut water is helpful. Clean water is provided. Also bring a large sized new notebook and good writing pen. Have warm socks, no shoes permitted. Wear light clothing, yoga wear or also shorts to allow for maximum vibration exposure. This is essential. The room will be heated. Limited mobile phone access for that 4 hours is important. It is about going inward to resolve what needs tending. You will have an opportunity to play a gong in this workshop. Limited enrolment. Cost CAD $50. **Location will be kept private and shared privately.**

**WHILE THE IN-PERSON COURSE IS 8 HOURS - there is included attendance at one of Jain's 4 hour Gong Sound Immersive sessions in Vancouver if you live in the area - as well as a private follow up session to support your understanding of the process for continued healing.**

**THE ART OF SELF-GONG** is for anyone who would like to learn to play the gong for their own personal healing. The course includes guidance around buying your own gong. It is important to buy the gong prior to the workshop as you bring it with you. **It's important to not** go ahead and buy a gong on your own as not all gongs are suited for healing. **YOU WILL LEARN**: how to set up your gong and begin your healing journey. There are many things to know and understand to make it effective. Some people with certain types of health ailments should not gong so please message me first and I will call you to discuss the course and what is involved.
