Zoom meeting room will be locked once the meditation begins to avoid interruptions. No recording or transcribing will be enabled/allowed for privacy of our community. This group is intended for folks who are already familiar with Dr. Joe's work, no formal instructions will be given for the meditations. 4/27 Pineal Gland

For the months of March and April, we will be alternating between "Blessings From the Heart" and "The Pineal Gland: Tuning Into Higher Dimensions of Time and Space".

Pineal Gland: "The pineal gland—known in ancient traditions as the third eye—is a latent system in the brain. When activated, it acts like a radio receiver that can tune into different frequencies that carry information and transduce them into profound, lucid visual imagery. This meditation will help you practice opening the door between your conscious mind and your subconscious mind to create more mystical or inter-dimensional experiences in your life."

Blessings from the Heart: "Our research demonstrates that by cultivating elevated emotions and slowing our breathing, we can awaken the heart and cause it to beat in a more orderly fashion. The more coherent the heart; the more coherent the energy; the more coherent the signal we use to create resonance and harmony in each energy center.  In aligning our heart’s energy with the energy in each center, we can tune in, align, and entrain them to be more whole and balanced.  It is said that when we open our heart, love heals. Our heart is the center of creativity; our center of wholeness; it is where our divinity begins. Blessings From the Heart – the next stage in evolving Dr Joe’s Blessing of the Energy Centers meditations – is a powerful way to create that coherence.  The meditation begins with putting our attention on the heart, slowing our breath, awakening our heart center with elevated emotions, and changing its energy. Then, we’ll use that energy to tune in to all of our energy centers – and, one by one, create coherence through the resonance of love. As we use the heart center to ascend the energy of the lower three centers, we will entrain the energy from those first three centers to the heart. Next, we’ll bring that energy back to our heart – restoring and balancing it once again. Once energy makes it to the heart, it moves directly to the brain. Guided by Dr Joe, we’ll direct our energy through the next four energy centers above the heart – relaxing into our heart and awakening those higher centers. Through resonant love, we can repair, restore, and regenerate. We can rise from our meditation with more health, balance, and order in our body’s autonomic nervous system.  The energy centers of the body (known as chakras in the Hindu traditions) are individual centers that have their own frequency and energy. Each energy center emits different information and/or intentions; correlates to its own individual glands, hormones, and chemistry; and houses its own unique plexuses of neurons. When activated with energy, each center expresses its own level of mind."
