As a reminder, Colourful Voices aims to provide a supportive space for both new and experienced speakers who want to practice a talk and get feedback on it. It's an opportunity for attendees to both 1) provide constructive feedback to the speakers, and 2) learn how different people approach public speaking for your own growth.

**Kadidra Hurst**

Kadidra Hurst, MSIST, PMP, CSM, ITIL is a Solutions Manager/Agile Delivery Lead, Doctoral Student and Agilist striving to create a safe, collaborative, and inclusive environment where team members can effectively communicate, share ideas, and continuously improve their processes to deliver high-quality products, achieve their objectives, and reach their full potential. She is the Founder of Her Incisive Thoughts++ a LinkedIn community for Black women and allies dedicated to fostering dialog and community around agility, equity, diversity and inclusion from a Black women's perspective.

Kadidra Hurst also has a strong passion for social and economic justice and is active in various local and national organizations which promote advocacy and voter education, empowerment, and engagement. Kadidra Hurst is most proud of serving on the core team of Agile in Color, which is a professional development and mentoring organization targeted to serve persons of color in the global agile space.
