Scrum Guide opisuje ramę pracy pojedyńczego zespołu pracującego nad jednym produktem. Gdy zachodzi potrzeba zwiększenia liczby zespołów pracujących nad jednym Produktem, pojawia się wiele nowych pytań. LeSS Warsaw meetup jest miejscem, gdzie te pytania można zadać, przedyskutować i wspólnie opracować właściwe rozwiązania/eksperymenty.

Czym jest LeSS?
Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) nie jest nowym i ulepszonym Scrumem. LeSS to odnajdywanie sposobów zastosowania pryncypiów, przeznaczenia, elementów i elegancji Scruma w dużej skali, w jak najprostszy możliwy sposób.
Dlaczego LeSS?
Bo robi różnicę. Nie jest "kolejną metodologią/metodyką/metodą". LeSS zmniejsza wysiłek wytwarzania oprogramowania, eliminuje dysfunkcje organizacyjne, tworzy niezwykle efektywną organizację silnie zorientowaną biznesowo i o fantastycznej, inżynieryjnej kulturze pracy.
Czy meetup jest tylko o Scrum i LeSS?
Absolutnie nie :) Interesują nas wszelkie tematy związane z pracą wielu zespołów, (de)skalowaniem organizacji, pryncypiami zwinności tj. myślenie systemowe, teoria kolejek i ograniczeń, myślenie Lean etc. Ponadto, jak najbardziej interesują nas tematy techniczne, rozwiązania, praktyki, wytyczne umożliwiające tworzenie cyfrowych produktów w dużej skali.

What is LeSS?
Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) isn’t new and improved Scrum. Rather, it’s about figuring out how to apply the principles, purpose, elements, and elegance of Scrum in a large-scale context, as simply as possible.
Why LeSS?
Because it makes a difference. It is not "another methodology/method". LeSS reduces the effort of software development, eliminates organizational dysfunctions, creates an extremely effective business-oriented organization and fantastic engineering work culture.
Is the meetup only about Scrum and LeSS?
Absolutely not :) We are interested in all topics related to the work of many teams for one Product, (de) scaling organization, the principles of agility, ie. system thinking, queueing theory, the theory of constraints, Lean thinking, etc. In addition, we are very interested in technical topics, solutions, practices, and guidelines for creating digital products on a large scale.
