Interested in all of the RPG hype but intimidated by lengthy campaigns and lots of rules? Looking to try collaborative storytelling in a variety of settings and worlds?
This group provides opportunities for small and specific "one shot" gaming events around Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs. One shots are tabletop role playing games that fit entirely into a single evening. They span all sorts of genres and tones, feature barely any rules, and encourage creativity and collaborative storytelling instead of arduous number crunching.
One Shots (and occasionally, board games) will be posted here by those who want to run a session, with a specific and limited number of seats, so please RSVP in advance.

The settings, rules, and attendees will change frequently, but one thing won't: This group has no place for discrimination based on race, gender, age, religion, sexual orientation, anything. That's true for the attendees and just as true for their characters. While bigotry may exist in the fiction for the sake of conflict, motivation, and villainy, your character is not an opportunity to act out your prejudice fantasies.
