Providing people with the chance to draw and be drawn by others. It's free!
👯♂️ Who should join?
Anyone who wants to improve their drawing skills and meet like-minded people. It does not matter if you are a practising artist or someone who draws like a two year-old. There is not always a lot of difference anyway.
✏️ Why?
It's a nice relaxing way to spend an hour or so on a weekday evening or a lazy Sunday afternoon. You can learn a lot just by drawing people and seeing their drawings of you. Fill your sketch pad with interesting portraits of the people you meet. Come back to see them again.

🎙️ Interaction
People come to draw, be drawn, meet people have a coffee and a relaxed chat. This is not an exclusive group, anyone can join, beginners and experts, quiet folk and extroverts, people who want to make friends and people who are comfortable just drawing. Just respectful of others and... Oh yeah! Bring a pencil and paper.
While this is a relaxed event, please continue to look after your belongings and exercise your judgement as a responsible adult.
📸 Photography
Hosts might take photos during the drawing session and when work is displayed at the end for promoting the People Drawing People on Meetup, Instagram, whatsapp or occasional flyers. Please tell us in advance if you prefer not appear in photos.
If you wish to be credited for your drawing, please include your IG handle in your drawing.
To avoid making people feel uncomfortable, especially volunteer models, please refrain from taking photos of people.
