REGISTRATION: Four weeks prior to event.
COURTESY & NO SHOWS: If you register for a meetup and later discover that you are unable to attend, you must unregister AT LEAST 48 HOURS in advance of the meetup or a NO SHOW will result (regardless of circumstance).
For consistency and fairness to all there are NO EXCEPTIONS. This policy adjustment enables members on the Wait List (and others who might like to hop on board) sufficient notice to attend. Membership in this group may be discontinued after multiple no-shows. Thanks for considering others and our time and effort in organizing these events!
