Talk #1 - 6:30pm
Speaker: Lyle Scott, Director of Software Engineering @ ParamountContent Steering in the Real World: Our journey begins
Content steering is now standardized, but bringing it to life across multiple CDNs, diverse players, on live traffic, with layers of business logic is where the fun times begin.
Our journey has begun towards an MVP! In this talk, we’ll share how Paramount is evolving its mature DNS-based multi-CDN system into a client-driven, standards-compliant content steering platform.
We’ll explore how content steering builds on existing decisioning strategies and components, fueled by RUM data, CMCD logs, and a layered rule hierarchy meant to extend traffic steering capabilities.
Expect lessons learned, architectural insights, and a few caffeinated thoughts on how we plan to wield traffic around, build resilience, and make decisioning smarter.Talk #2 - 7:15pm
Speakers: Vladimir Zivkovic, Principal System Architect and Ronald Peters, Senior Product Manager @ IrdetoA/B Watermarking Elucidated

• Where do solutions from available providers differ and what industry standardization is available?
• Where to picture A/B watermarking in the landscape of Anti-Piracy solutions and Content Protection?
• How to deploy A/B watermarking in VoD and Live workflows?***
