What we’re about
We all have that one annoying friend that reads one book every ten years, sees the movie adaptation and says, “I liked the book better than the movie.”
Some of us read a little more than that and watch a lot of adaptations.
Our club, Page to Screen with the Sad Losers, is an extension of The Sad Losers Movie Club.
The goal is to have members read one book a month and watch the movie adaptation in advance of getting together to discuss both. We will meet the last Monday of every month and see how we go from there.
Maybe you’ll like the book more. Maybe you’ll like the movie more. Maybe you’ll like both. Maybe you’ll like neither. Whatever! The discussion will be a lot of fun. Invite that annoying one book a decade friend.
Feel free to join regardless of whether you’ve watched or read the pieces for discussion.
