Stroll for Scholarships - Runners Needed!

The Kiwanis Club of Kissimmee is short on runners for their upcoming 5k event. The run raises money for scholarships for local high school seniors. Volunteers are not needed at this time, but if you run (or know anyone who does) please consider signing up or spreading the word! 🏃‍♂️🥈💸

More Info: "This race is brought to you by Kissimmee Kiwanis Club. This is our annual drive to raise money for club projects and scholarships for deserving students in Osceola County. Kiwanis Club of Kissimmee has been able to donate over half a million dollars over the years to students thanks to the support of our community donors and sponsors.

Participants begin amongst the backdrop of the historical Pioneer Village. The track continues down the Shingle Creek Trail on paved and boardwalk surfaces. Runners can enjoy the abundance of wildlife and beautiful scenery as they travel south under the famous 192, past the Paddling Center and reverse course on the boardwalk for the return.

Don your best bunny outfit to hop on down the trail. Awards for best costume.

Runners and walkers of all abilities, strollers and pets are welcome!"
