Omar Ruiz and Jeffrey Spindler are founders of LeRu Investments LLC, a real estate investment company. Over the years they’ve bought and sold apartment complexes in three different states and flipped houses in California and Texas.

They started in the property management business in 2007 and have seen many changes over the years. They will share their experiences working as property managers from the perspective of self-owned property, managing for other investors, and their experience as asset managers - managing 3rd party property managers. This information will help you be better at managing rental properties and learn screening skills to select the best tenants.
