As Christian Entrepreneurs, we desire to grow our businesses, for God's glory and purpose. We encourage one another through Learning, Community, and Generosity. Most of you are life-long, passionate, and perpetual entrepreneurs. For most entrepreneurs, ideas, ingenuity, tenacity and creativity come easy. Focus and execution, however, can be challenging. This is why we need each other to fulfill God's calling in our life.
To keep us in line with our God-given calling and passion, let us consider the following areas of focus and how we might execute over the next season:
LEARNING: Entrepreneurs are naturally Life-Long Learners. Our curiosity about everything around us is generally a good thing. However, it's easy to become distracted by perpetual classes, online webinars, software, and business gurus. At this juncture, what do you need to learn for your specific business venture? What are some universal learning objectives that we can facilitate together this year?
COMMUNITY: Most entrepreneurs are fiercely independent, self-reliant, and individualistic. While these qualities may at times help us in our business pursuits, they can often cause us to stumble in our walk with Christ. It is vital that we entrepreneurs stay regularly connected to a community of Christian believers, dedicated to building one another up in our pursuit of God and His calling on our lives. It can be particularly encouraging and beneficial to be in a community with those who share your same passions and struggles!
GENEROSITY: Entrepreneurs are creatives at heart, always on the hunt for new opportunities. We generally have a higher capacity for risk-taking, but usually and/or eventually, receive the rewards of our efforts. As followers of Christ, these monetary rewards mean that we are called to a greater degree of generosity, especially as it pertains to Kingdom purposes. Understanding the Biblical mandate for generosity, and having a firm goal for giving during this next season, will also help you to stay more focused on your business goals this year!

We are a community of Christian entrepreneurs, business owners, & self-employed professionals who are passionate about living out our faith while building businesses that add value to the people we serve & allow us to pursue what matters most in life. We are united in our Christian faith & our worldview that everything (including our businesses) is to be for God's glory and to make Him known through our lives.
We desire to grow relationships with fellow Christian business owners who are committed to growing in our faith and our ability to reach our communities in Orange County through our witness and through being excellent in our businesses.
