Omaha Forks Over Knives is a lively group celebrating the health benefits of a whole-foods, plant-based, no-oil diet. Each of us is in a different place with foods we do and do not consume; we're not The Food Police. We're here to support and learn from each other. (While we're at it, we entertain each other as well.) If you're new to this, we ask that, at a minimum, you confine your food choices in these meetups to plant-based options.
