This workshop offers foundational practices for relating authentically with others while staying rooted in self-compassion and awareness.
Together, we’ll explore how to connect and communicate in ways that nourish our nervous systems and foster deeper presence, genuine connection, and mutual support. You’ll develop communication skills that empower you to become a more active and attuned dance partner in all your relationships.
Rather than rigid techniques, you’ll receive “seed practices”: simple, adaptable tools you can apply in everyday life. These practices are designed to grow with you, supporting your evolution as you cultivate more nourishing and resilient connections. What to bring:
Cushions, blankets, and plenty of comfortable seating will be provided, but feel free to bring anything else that helps your body feel more at ease. You’re also welcome (but not obligated) to bring a snack to share. If the weather allows, we’ll spend part of our time outdoors, enjoying the sunshine.About the facilitator, Will O’Connor (any pronouns):
Will is a coach who supports emotional, relational, and spiritual well-being through embodied and creative approaches to connection. Their work centers on helping clients build relationships that honor each person’s unique needs. Will guides individuals in tracking their real-time experience and developing emergent language that supports co-regulation and attunement with others. These practices foster more integrated, relational forms of self-development, moving beyond overly individualistic models.Website: inventivewellness.com

When grief is witnessed by a compassionate community, it is held as sacred—and from that sacred space, deep healing and growth can begin.Itinerary:
