What we’re about
The purpose of my group is for women to empower themselves through friendships with other women. I have been blessed with always having a network of girlfriends that I could depend on. We always have each others back. Some are married some have never been married, others divorced or widowed. It has always been important to me not to be defined by a man, a man or anyone you choose to be in a relationship with. You should never depend on another person to make you happy, you need to be happy with yourself first. You need to be mindful of you and what you like and want in life, what makes you happy.
You should in this group if you are over 50 and any of what I just said resonates with you...
Our events will be virtual and eventfully we will have some in person special events if you live in the NYC area, Sunday brunch with the girls that sort of thing. Our virtual events will be varied topic events such as, how to get back out their, maybe it's time for a change, the spiritual connection etc...We will have just chat hours and a blog, plus organized girls getaways.
