Gentle seated stretching and relaxing meditation while floating on a paddleboard. Kelly Warters of "A Breath of Calm Yoga" will guide this meditative yoga practice focusing on mindful movement, relaxation, and breathing while enjoying the gentle movement of the paddleboard and the sounds of nature as the sun hangs low setting the sky on fire. The perfect ending to a summer day. This is gentle seated/laying yoga class unlike our regular SUP Yoga. No experience necessary
