This class is designed to explore a variety of methods & learn tools to bring you back into alignment. Let's find your Center and build your Core; through Guided Meditation, Meditation, Identification, Intention & Attention.
We meet twice a month (2nd & 4th Wednesday) from 6-7:30pm.
