The Nanaimo Real Estate Investors Group is for anyone interested in building wealth through real estate. Our members range in experience levels from owning dozens of properties, to complete novices. If you are feeling overwhelmed with where to start, short on time to do research and build your team, or simply want to meet like-minded people, you will benefit from our group. Our presenters include real estate professionals who can speak on a variety of topics ranging from how to raise money, how to analyze the numbers, profitable property management, money mindset, building codes and hazardous materials in homes.
